The Sustainability Academy platform for online training is now accessible in Bulgarian, Serbian and Croatian languages. Thus micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) from the three countries from Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) will have free-of-charge access to offered trainings in their native languages.
The event was held on 30 May 2024, in Sofia Tech Park, involving representatives of EFRAG, the Faculty of Economics at Sofia University, IDES, the Bulgarian Industrial Association, UBB, Devin, Shelly Group, Billboard and others with their viewpoints, exposes and presentations.
The International rating agency Fitch Ratings confirmed the Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) of UBB. It continues being 'A-' with Outlook Positive. The rating agency also confirmed the awarded Shareholder Support Rating (SSR) to 'a-' and the Short-term IDR to 'F1'. UBB’s Viability Rating was increased from 'bb’ to 'bb+'.
1000 saplings of the European spruce (Picea abies) species were planted by the employees of UBB and DZI. The initiative involved over 200 volunteers from KBC Group in Bulgaria.
