APR 4.30% in case of a loan, equaling BGN 80 000 for a tenor of 240 months, with variable annual interest rate of 3.95% (RIR + 3.75% fixed margin), including the following fees: credit assessment fee - BGN 200, fee for current account opening - BGN 2, property appraisal fee - BGN 130 (per apartment), mortgage obliteration fee - BGN 60, current account maintenance fee - BGN 2.50 per month and annual property insurance premium, calculated as % of the insured amount, equaling the non-repaid loan principal. Total insurance premium due for the loan period - BGN 1386.12. (approximate amount). The APR does not include notary fees for mortgage establishment, renewal, change and obliteration, nor the fee for its registration, payable by the Borrower. Repayment in 240 monthly installments, each equaling BGN 482.68; Total amount due BGN 117 224.09; The interest rate has been calculated upon UBB’s RIR of 0.2%. RIR is being amended, based on a Methodology, available on UBB's website.

  5. Certificate of encumbrances on the property over a past period of minimum 10 years - issued by the Registry Agency
  6. Tax assessment certificate for the property - issued by the Municipality, as per the property’s location
  7. Cadastral layout of the property - issued by the local technical office of the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency
  8. Bill of Quantities
  9. Certificate of marital status - issued by the municipality’s Civil Registration Office
  10. Certificate of tax liabilities under Art.87, para.6 of the Tax Insurance Procedure Code - issued by the NRA
