Temporary unavailability of UBB Online and UBB Mobile

Dear clients,
We would like to inform you of a forthcoming planned technical upgrade of the UBB systems, to be made in the early hours of 08 February 2026 (Sunday), over the 00:00 AM - 06:00 AM time span. During this period some of our services will be temporarily unavailable. Impacted services include UBB Mobile, UBB Online and SEPA Instant payments. It is important to note that customers using 3D biometric features for confirming online payments via the mobile banking app will not have access to UBB Mobile.
The aim is to ensure better security and stability of our services.
We would like to apologize for any inconvenience that this might cause. To reduce the impact on you, our customers, we have chosen a time interval during which we hope you will not feel affected.
