As per instruction of the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) and the Ministry of Finance (MF) effective from 1st of October 2023 there will be changes in the forms for ordering payments to the State Budget.

01.10.2023 is the start date for the following changes

Оn 22nd September in the period from 06:00 until 22:00 UBB Online will not accessible, and from 06:00 until 08:00 there will also be no access to UBB Mobile.

In connection with the instruction of the Ministry of Finance and the BNB 03/03.05.2023, as of 01.10.2023, changes in the content of payment orders for payment from/to the budget.

UBB introduces alleviated charging of certain transactions via a Payment Account with Basic Features in the cases, stipulated in the law.

Online banking service UBB Online and the mobile banking service UBB Mobile will be temporarily restricted between 01:00-05:30 AM on 20.08.2023.
