The mayor of Plovdiv Mr. Ivan Chomakov, the CEO of Raiffeisenbank Mr. Momtchil Andreev and the Executive director Ms. Evelina Miltenova officially signed the final papers of the EUR 25 mln. bond, issued by Plovdiv Municipality.

The clients can pay via Raiffeisebank’s POS terminals with Visa Electron, Visa Classic, MasterCard, Maestro, RaiCARD and Borika bank cards.

Every client, who has applied for the credit card between September 1st and November 30th 2006 will benefit the lower interest rate of 9% p.a. The promotion is valid until the end of February 2007.

The clients benefit from a grant of up to 20% of the Energy efficiency loan. Ceretherm is used for a facade insulation of both old and new buildings and saves up to 30% of the heat costs.

The card is issued in BGN, EUR and USD to private individuals and companies. The issuing of MasterCard and the opening of the card account is free of charge.

Raiffeisenbank has officially presented its fourth outlet in the city of Burgas–at the Piccadilly hypermarket, on a ceremony at the Bulgarian store chain.
