This is to inform you that on September 6, Bulgaria’s Unification Day and an official public holiday, UBB branches will not be operating. For assistance and clarifications regarding UBB products and services, you may contact our Call Centre at +0700 117 17 and short number *7171 (for subscribers of Bulgarian mobile network operators), or +359 2 483 1717 for international calls.

Our Call Center will be answering your queries on September 6 from 09.00 AM until 06.00 PM.

If you need to block either a lost or a stolen card you may call the above stated telephone numbers at any time. If you are a client of e-banking or our mobile application UMobile, you may use the card block/activate option, any time.

On 7 September 2017 (Thursday) our branches and the Call Center will be operating within their usual business hours. 

We remind you that during the non-business days you can use your bank cards and perform operations at all our ATMs, POS terminals in commercial sites, as well as upon purchases and payments in the Internet.
