We announce a new offer for mortgage loans in BGN with a fixed interest rate of 4.00% for the first 3 years and a variable one for the remaining period, based on 6-month SOFIBOR + 4.000 % fixed margin. The offer is valid for residential purchase mortgage loan, construction and completion works, as well as for refinancing of loans from other banks.

Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 4.45% for a loan of BGN 80 000 over a period of 30 years, 4.00% fixed interest rate for the first 3 years and a variable interest rate, formed of 6-month SOFIBOR+4.000 % fixed margin over the remaining loan period: 36 monthly installments on the loan, amounting to BGN 381.93 over the fixed interest rate period and 324 monthly installments on the loan, amounting to BGN 397.09 over the remaining loan period; total amount due BGN 143 666.20. Property insurance is required. The insurance expense is not included in the APR. The value of the 6-month SOFIBOR, adopted by the Bank as of 01.09.2016, is 0.353%.
