For yet another year in a row UBB was General Partner to one of the most awaited for special events in Bulgaria, thus paying tribute to French culture, spirit and the significant role of France in global wine production - celebration of the Beaujolais Nouveau.

300 runners joined this year’s edition of the UBB Vertical Run, held on 12 November 2025 at the UBB Millennium Center building. This is a record in terms of the number of participants in the extreme race, which is being held for a fifth time at Sofia’s banking hub.

As of today, UBB officially kick-starts the donation campaign under its Choose to Help programme. 20 projects of non-governmental organizations and educational institutions from all over Bulgaria have been shortlisted for the donation phase of the programme and seek financial support for their realization. This campaign will continue until the end of 2025. Projects have been split into four key domains – Healthcare, Social Activities, Culture and Education and Protection of the Environment.
