Herewith we advise you that in connection with entering into force of § 3 of the Additional provisions of the Law of Payment Services and Payment Systems, and point 9.1. of the General Terms and Conditions for providing payment services to individuals of Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD, as of 01.01.2012, the ordering bank for transfers in EUR must credit the account of the bank of the beneficent until the end of the next working day. The change is in force for payments ordered electronically, when the supplier of the payments services of the ordering party and the supplier of payments services of the beneficent are located in the territory of European Community.

In relation with the above, Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD has made changes in its Fees and commissions tariff for Individual clients, with which you can get acquaint from the Bank's web site www.rbb.bg, by contacting the employees at RBBG offices or on the phone numbers of Raiffeisen Direct :
- 0700 10 000 (BТC) – at the price of a city call
- 17 21 (М-TEL and Globul) – with no increase of the fee.
