We would like to inform you that with a decision of the Bank’s Management Board, with effect from 01.06.2018, the safekeeping fee for account balances will be implemented in the Tariff for fees and commissions applicable to legal entities and sole proprietors.
The safekeeping fee is applicable to current account balances in BGN and EUR of legal entities and sole proprietors, exceeding the respective threshold in the Tariff (on a daily basis), as follows:

•  Cumulative daily balance for all client current accounts in BGN and EUR up to BGN 999 999.99 – free of charge;
• Cumulative daily balance for all client current accounts in BGN and EUR over BGN 1 000 000 – 0.4% p.a.;

The safekeeping fee is assessed for the days the respective threshold in the Tariff is exceeded (on a daily basis) and is collected on a monthly basis by the 10th day of each calendar month for the preceding month. The BGN equivalent of balances in EUR currency accounts will be calculated on a daily basis through the BNB fixing for the respective day.

The fee is not charged for accounts of Budget Institutions, Private Enforcement Agents, ESCROW, donor campaign, retention, liquidation and letter of credit accounts, as well as accounts holding third party funds.
