Dear Shareholders,

As of today, 02.05.2017, UBB begins paying Y2016 dividends, amounting to BGN 97.9 million, or BGN 1.288537 per share.

The related resolution was adopted at the General Meeting of Shareholders, held in April 2017 and approving distribution as shareholder dividend of the larger portion of the 2016 net profit of BGN 97.9 million, while allocating the residual net profit of over BGN 13 million to Retained Earnings Reserve.
