UBB launches the offering of a Systematic Investment Plan in a fully digital way through UBB Mobile

In full alignment with its strategy for high-speed digitalization of main banking and insurance products and services United Bulgarian Bank (UBB) expands its portfolio of end-to-end processes, performed via the UBB Mobile app, by adding the unique for Bulgaria opportunity for conclusion of a Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) end-to-end through the app.
In an environment of changing savings products more and more people are seeking alternatives. For those, willing to try the most recent global solution – investing - there is an opportunity to do so in a fully digital way. Through a Systematic Investment Plan in UBB Mobile clients invest on a regular basis small recurring amounts, while in long-term perspective they get the chance of achieving a desired objective or just to accumulate savings, which could be used at times of need.
The Systematic Investment Plan is being offered to individuals, in a fully digital way, as presently they can invest in UBB ExpertEase Dynamic Balanced Fund with an opportunity to judge by themselves what amount to allocate on a monthly basis, without making their daily lives difficult or compromising their comfort. The functionality is being launched with options to invest both in Bulgarian leva, as well as in euro.
Apart from the mere buying of a SIP in UBB Mobile users also get series of other functionalities – along with the monitoring of the made investment, as well as the status of their existing portfolio at any time and directly in their phone, they have the option to change the monthly installment amount, the selected date of investing (deducting of the chosen sum), as well as the account, from which the installments are being collected – all these directly via UBB Mobile and their phones.
Requesting a Systematic Investment Plan is yet another innovative functionality that is being added to those of UBB Mobile, among which there is already the opportunity for users to become clients of the bank in a fully digital way, without the need to visit a branch. After downloading the UBB Mobile app and selecting the option to become a client of UBB via this channel, along with the opportunity to request their SIP users are also given an opportunity to apply for a consumer loan fully online; online payments in Bulgarian leva and foreign currencies with a fingerprint for enhanced security (or face recognition) between own accounts, to third persons/entities, to the State Budget; monitoring of account balances and movements, filtering based on own criteria; currency conversion and a future payment date; applying for a debit and credit card; deposit opening; blocking and activating cards in real time; deferral of credit card purchases into 3, 6, 9 and 12 installments; registration and free-of-charge payment of utility bills; pre-approved consumer loan mOBBi as a standing offer available in case of need; conclusion of a Travel Abroad Insurance policy, purchasing all types of vignettes and others.
