UBB Video Meeting is a service for remote video consultation with an employee of United Bulgarian Bank. It is intended for individual clients of UBB in line with queries about general info on payment and credit products and services, offered by the Bank.

UBB Video Meeting gives you the needed flexibility for a virtual video call with a UBB employee. He/she is going to consult you in real time regarding additional queries, questions and info on the Bank’s credit products.

This service is suitable for consultation purposes, as you may use it from home or from anywhere you wish, without visiting a branch of the bank, via a smartphone, tablet, laptop or a desktop PC. No fees will be calculated for using the service.
