UBB Introduces аutomatic Utility Bill Payments for Business Clients
We would like to inform you that, effective June 30, 2026, UBB is offering a new service for business clients, allowing you to conveniently and automatically pay recurring utility bills.

Registration
To use the service, you need to submit a Consent for Utility Bill Payments at a bank branch. The consent:
• is indefinite;
• allows setting a maximum payment limit;
• can be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Execution Method
After activating the service, payments will be made automatically from a specified EUR current account, provided that the following conditions are met:
• a valid consent is in place;
• the amount is within the set limit;
• sufficient funds are available in the account.

Notifications
Upon registration, you may specify an email address where you will receive notifications regarding:
• newly issued obligations;
• completed payments;
• unpaid amounts;
• changes to or deactivation of the consent.

The service fee is defined in the Tariff for Business Clients, section “Transfers”, as follows:
