Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that UBB AD is ready for the upcoming introduction of the euro as the official currency in the Republic of Bulgaria. We have updated the Fees and Commissions Tariff for Business clients and the General terms of UBB AD on payment services for business clients which will come into force on 01.01.2026.

All fees and services are visualized both in euro and in leva and your terms and conditions remain:

- No change

 - No increase in fees

 - No need for new contracts

 - No further actions on your part.

The changes are as follows:

I.Changes in the Fees and Commissions Tariff for Business clients as of 01.01.2026 

 1. As of 01.01.2026, fees payable in leva under the Fees and Commissions Tariff for Business Customers will be charged and collected in euro in compliance with the legal requirements for double marking.

2. Changes to Card Limits for Business clients.

II. Changes in the Tariff of Interest Terms for Business Customers as of 01.01.2026 

1.Removal of the BGN currency from the Interest Terms on Accounts and Deposits sections.

2.Conversion of the limits from BGN to EUR, in accordance with the BNB fixing, in the section Discontinued products.

III.General terms of UBB AD on payment services for business clients.

1. Throughout the document, the national currency is changed from leva to euro.

2. The following services are suspended:

·        BLINK transfers in BGN

·        RINGS transfers

·        Sending a cash transfer

·         Direct debit

3. Change of the transaction limit for recurring payments from BGN 10 000 to EUR 5 000

4. Change of transaction amount for purchase and sale of currency from BGN 10 000 to EUR 5 000.

5. Change in the limit for ordering an Instant fund transfer in euro to the EEA via UBB Online from for amounts up to or equal to EUR 15 000 to for amounts up to or equal to EUR 50 000.
