Dear customers, 

 We would like to inform you about amendments to the General Terms of United Bulgarian Bank AD on Payment Services for Individuals, effective as of 15.10.2025. 
These amendments relate to the introduction of a new Item 5.24.2. under Recurring Utility Bill Payments Section of the General Terms and Conditions for Payment Accounts and Services and are linked to the deactivation of payment consents under which no payments have been made over a period of 13 calendar months counted from the date of the last payment.
