1. The " Fee /penalty for termination of the Factoring Agreement prior to maturity by the Supplier " is removed

2. Integration of the "Management Fee" and the " Fee for renegotiation of a financing limit of a supplier " into the " Fee for renegotiation of a financing limit of a supplier "
