We hereby inform you of the following changes to the Fees and Commissions Tariff applicable
for business clients, which will enter into force as of 30 June 2026, as follows:

1. Section IV "Transfers"

Introduction of a new service: “Regular payment of bills from a current account”

2. Section V "Cash Operations"

3. Fees for transactions in BGN

As of 01 July 2026, the Bank will apply fees for processing amounts in BGN (banknotes and
coins), in accordance with the current items in the Tariff, as follows:

For banknotes (cash deposits into an account):
• For deposits made by the account holder or an explicitly authorized person, regardless of
whether the account currency differs from the transaction currency:
0.90%, min. EUR 5.11 / BGN 10
• Cash deposit made by a person other than the account holder or an explicitly authorized
person:
1% of the total amount, min. EUR 5.11 / BGN 10

For coins (cash deposits into an account):
• Deposit of coins in national currency:
5%, min. EUR 1.53 / BGN 3

For banknotes and coins (without deposit into an account):
• Processing, counting, exchange and conversion without crediting to an account (including
exchange of banknotes into coins and vice versa) (incl. VAT):
5%, minimum EUR 2.56 / BGN 5
