We would hereby like to inform you that changes are forthcoming in the following documents, part of the Framework Agreement for the provision of payment services by United Bulgarian Bank AD /UBB AD/:

• Tariff of fees and commissions for individuals
• UBB AD's General Terms and Conditions for Payment Services for Individuals
• UBB AD's General Terms and Conditions for Issuance and Use of Payment Debit and Credit Cards

The changes are not related to an increase in existing fees and commissions, but reflect an update to the terms and application of relevant regulatory requirements.

In case you do not accept the changes, you have the right to terminate the framework agreement(s) for payment services concluded with the Bank at any time until the date of entry into force of the changes, by means of a written request deposited with a branch of the Bank, without being liable for costs and compensations.
