We would like to inform you of a forthcoming planned technical upgrade of the UBB systems, to be made in the early hours of 25 April 2026, over the 04:30 AM - 07:00 AM time span and on 26 April 2026, over the 05:00 AM - 08:00 AM time span. During this period some of our services will be temporarily unavailable. Impacted services include UBB Mobile, UBB Online and SEPA Instant payments.

The aim is to ensure better security and stability of our services.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience that this might cause. To reduce the impact on you, our customers, we have chosen a time interval during which we hope you will not feel affected.
