Tatyana Ivanova is the new member of the Management Board of United Bulgarian Bank (UBB) and of the Country Management Team of KBC Group in Bulgaria as of 1 April 2020. She takes over this new professional challenge as Executive Director, responsible for the Marketing and Distribution - Retail Banking domain, from Jan Swinnen, who will be appointed Manager of KBC Shared Service Center in Brno, the Czech Republic.

Tatyana Ivanova joined UBB in November 2018 as Retail Banking and Digital Sales Director, following 18 years in various strategic and international roles at Societe Generale. With over 20 years of professional experience, some of it gained in France, North Macedonia and Russia, she has considerable expertise in distribution, marketing and digital sales.

Ever since becoming part of UBB team, Ms. Ivanova has demonstrated excellent performance with a distinct contribution to achieving the good results of Retail Banking and Digital Sales Directorate, while building up a strong team and contacts across the organization.

Jan Swinnen became part of KBC Group-Bulgaria in August 2012. Since then he had focused on retail banking and digital sales activities. After KBC Group acquired UBB, he was appointed member of the Management Board. Mr Swinnen has played a key role in facilitating the integration process and has contributed significantly to UBB’s success in retail banking.
