Change in the communication channel for clients with liabilities

We would like to inform you that with effect from 04 April 2022 clients having past due liabilities to the Bank will be informed of that with a Viber message, and not with an SMS as up until now.
This is also applicable to both clients with past due payables, as well as to those who have committed to make forthcoming repayments. Clients not using Viber will continue receiving the so far standard SMS messages.
