KBC Online Bulgaria will be no longer supported

Dear customers,
Please be informed that as of September 30, 2025, the the functioning of, respectively the access to and use of channel for online banking KBC Online Bulgaria will be restricted.
Individual and Business clients can receive actual information regarding their transferred accounts and products in UBB Mobile and UBB Online. Account statements and transaction reports for periods prior to the transfer of the accounts to UBB Online will remain accessible and available for download from KBC Online Bulgaria untill access to it is restricted. After September 30, 2025, such information will only be available at a bank branch, subject to a fee in accordance with the applicable tariff of UBB AD.
In case you have not completed the steps for transferring from KBC Online Bulgaria to UBB Online / UBB Mobile by 30.09.2025, after this date you will need to visit our branch to gain access to the new digital channels.
Please note that, in order to ensure access to UBB Online / UBB Mobile for users of KBC Online Bulgaria who have not logged into KBC Online Bulgaria since May 11, 2022, it is necessary for the legal representative of the respective business client to complete a data change form according to the bank’s template.
