KBC Online Bulgaria is no longer supported

Please be informed that as of September 30, 2025, the functioning of, respectively the access to and use of channel for online banking KBC Online Bulgaria has been restricted.
You can receive actual information regarding your transferred accounts and products in UBB Online and UBB Mobile.
In case you have not completed the steps for transferring from KBC Online Bulgaria to UBB Online / UBB Mobile, you will need to visit bank branch to gain access to the new digital channels.
Please note that, in order to ensure access to UBB Online / UBB Mobile for users of KBC Online Bulgaria who have not logged into KBC Online Bulgaria since May 11, 2022, it is necessary for the legal representative of the respective business client to complete a data change form according to the bank’s template.
