UBB distances itself from malicious SMS or e-mail messages sent on behalf of the company
13 July 2020
Dear clients,
We would like to remind you that UBB does NOT send out SMS or e-mail messages that invite you to update your profile in the online banking UBB Online for the purpose of “improving security”, requiring you to enter your user name and password for access in attached links. These are hacker attacks by malicious parties aiming to facilitate illegal access to your finances!
In case that you have received such a message, do NOT follow the link or enter ANY personal data! It is important to us to know more about such fraudulent schemes which is why we ask you to notify us and if the message was received via e-mail - to forward it to Secure4U@ubb.bg, after which you should delete it.
If you have been misled and have provided such personal data, you should immediately change the user identifiers in the online banking UBB Online from another computer and reach the UBB Contact center at: 0700 117 17 or *7171.
Kind regards,
UBB Team
