UBB offers the opportunity for renouncement of paper statements for credit cards or OK loans

UBB continues the environment awareness campaign initiated earlier and offers its clients to renounce receipt of paper statements for credit cards or OK loans.
Each month UBB will continue with informing it clients through free-of-charge SMS messages about total due amounts, minimum repayment installments and repayment deadlines. Paper account statements may be obtained upon request at any branch of the bank free-of-charge.
Еffective from 05.06.2013 a monthly fee of BGN 2, applicable to all clients, will be charged for delivery of a paper statement. Upon willingness on part of the clinets they could renounce the service at any UBB branch, through e-banking or through a telephone call at the Customer Service Centre hotline 0700 117 17.
