United Bulgarian Bank has signed its ninth agreement with the National Guarantee Fund for guaranteeing SME loans worth more than BGN 140 million

United Bulgarian Bank and the National Guarantee Fund, part of the group of Bulgarian Development Bank, have signed their ninth agreement for guaranteeing loans, granted for financing small and medium-sized enterprises, amounting to more than BGN 140 000 000.
On the part of the National Guarantee Fund, the agreement was signed by Angel Dzhalazov, Executive Director, and Andon Georgiev, member of the Board of Directors, and on the part of United Bulgarian Bank – by Desislava Simeonova, Executive Director in charge of SME and Corporate Banking, and Hristina Filipova, Procurator.
This guarantee scheme is intended for small and medium-sized enterprises; the guarantee covers up to 50% of the granted loan amount.
Investment loans, working capital loans, as well as bank guarantees in BGN and EUR are eligible under this scheme. United Bulgarian Bank offers preferential conditions and alleviated requirements for collateral, as well as an additional option for combination with other guarantee schemes.
“The partnership with the National Guarantee Fund is key for us. So far United Bulgarian Bank has financed more than 2200 projects worth more than BGN 570 million by using the guarantee schemes of the National Guarantee Fund,” shared Desislava Simeonova.
