UBB wraps up Y2018 with a fully consolidated client base and uniform systems

One consolidated client base and uniform systems are already a fact at United Bulgarian Bank. It is just 10 months after the legal merger of CIBANK into UBB that we have accomplished the thorough transfer of client data as a result of which all clients are able to use the united bank’s versatile range of products and innovative services.
Since the beginning of December all clients use uniform banking systems and are serviced in the entire branch network of the united bank. Over the period since February until now the clients of the former CIBANK were transferred to the systems of the united bank. They were granted access to new online banking. Along with that the Bank succeeded in implementing a new mobile banking with modern functionalities for all its individual and business clients, offering all contemporary banking amenities.
As of the year-end all clients will be enjoying the services of not only the united branch network, but also of a single Contact Centre, accessible at 0 700 1 1717 or *7171 for mobile operator subscribers.
