Christof De Mil, Country Manager of KBC Group in Bulgaria and Chief Executive Officer of United Bulgarian Bank AD (UBB) joined the Management Board of Endeavor Bulgaria. The Board comprises an elect group of business leaders and entrepreneurs from various industries and sectors, who have dedicated themselves to the mission of developing and growing the organization.

Dare2Scale is a four-month programme for growth, which combines practical workshops and individual mentorship sessions, involving senior consultants, entrepreneurs and business leaders from the Endeavor network. It is open to companies from all industries, works with businesses having a validated business model and does not require share participation from the entrepreneurs involved. The partnership with UBB will bring about additional quality and specialized expertise in the evaluation of candidates, the assessment of projects by the programme committee, as well as in the mentorship programmes of Dare2Scale 2026.
