E-mail statements, sent to clients, are now password-protected

With effect from September 2019, for enhanced security reasons, UBB business clients are going to receive email account statements, protected with a client password.
The password for accessing the information in the electronic statement is the client’s number with UBB. The client number is contained in the statements, previously sent by the Bank or may be obtained by calling 0700 117 17 or *7171 (for mobile operator subscribers, according to their tariff plan).
Individual clients may also take advantage of UBB’s protected service by registering for receipt of email statements at a branch of the Bank.
