We have created this programme for you in order to offer you a different experience and to thank you for being our loyal customers.

We hope that you will discover many useful and interesting offers, which we have prepared especially for you with the help of our merchant-partners, as well as that you will take advantage of the programme’s discounts! You will be able to also contribute to the loyalty programme’s further development with your ideas and proposals for inclusion of new merchants. These, following a confirmation on our part, will be invited to become partners under the programme.

In line with the programme’s upgrade we would like to inform you that with effect from 15 October 2020 UBB discontinues the accumulation of bonus points for cardholders with UBB-issued credit and premium debit cards under the present loyalty programme UWIN.

The bonus points, accumulated until that date, can be utilized by you until 15 December 2020 upon subsequent purchases on POS terminals at the partner merchants under the current programme UWIN, in accordance with its terms and conditions. Should you fail to utilize the accumulated bonus within the said period, the amount will be transferred to your credit card, thus reducing the due sum under it, if any. The remaining amount in excess of the card limit will either be transferred to your account with UBB, or will be available for card withdrawal, if you do not have any account with us.

You can check your bonus to date in UBB Online and UBB Mobile, as well as on the POS terminals at the UWIN partner merchants.
