Update of UBB customer phone servicing software

Dear customers,

UBB constantly strives to deliver the highest possible level of customer service.

In this sense, we would like to inform you that 30.11 (Friday) and 01.12./Saturday) UBB will update its customer phone servicing software.

Thus, you may encounter difficulties when attempting to contact our employees at the UBB Call Centre line 0700 117 17, for which we kindly ask you to excuse us in advance.
