We would like to inform you about upcoming changes to the General Terms and Conditions for payment services for individuals of United Bulgarian Bank AD.

The changes are related to the applicability of the General Terms and Conditions for payment services for individuals of United Bulgarian Bank AD and to changes in the mode of use of the KBC Online Bulgaria and KBC Mobile Bulgaria instruments for the Bank’s customers, specified in paragraph 9C and paragraph 9D of the transitional and final provisions of the document, with the regulation of the new service Filing Claims for insurance in UBB Mobile, refinement of the regime of working with proxies of individuals, changes in the regime for obtaining personalized security features for access to UBB Online and UBB Mobile.
