UBB's Video Banker service for business clients now has the option to initiate online meetings

In August 2019, United Bulgarian Bank, part of the Belgian KBC Group, became the first bank on the Bulgarian market to offer its business clients the Video Banker service, solving the problem of time and distance between a client and an expert of the financial institution. The service provides business clients, who cannot visit a bank branch, the option to hold a meeting with a consultant and discuss current issues and topics in real time.
As an extension of its commitment for Video Banker to be an even more convenient and accessible service not only for current, but also for potential business clients, UBB launches a reservation system on the Bank's web-site. It provides the option for each company to initiate the booking of a meeting with a responsible UBB employee.
The book-a-meeting form is available in the Video Banker section of UBB’s website, through the selection of the Book-a-meeting option. After the form is filled out, a bank employee will arrange a convenient time for a video meeting.
Since its launch in August, 2019, the Video Banker service has enjoyed growing popularity among the business clients of UBB, already reaching up to 100 meetings per month.
The remote digital servicing, offered by United Bulgarian Bank, is a convenient and easier way to connect a bank expert with a business client remotely, saving time for both parties. The platform facilitates joint remote work on documents, screen sharing and the arrangement of conference video calls, involving experts from other companies, part of KBC Group in Bulgaria.
By rendering this service all across Bulgaria UBB has becomes the first bank to offer video meetings for business clients and has cemented its leadership position as an innovative banking institution.
