UBB launches Premium Banking - banking services for the premium client segment

UBB, part of the Belgian KBC Group, launches a Premium Banking line for clients who value their time and wish to make it work for them, who seek professional advice, transparency, trust and long-term business cooperation.

The UBB Premium Banking service involves a personal Premium Clients Relationship Manager, who is at their disposal 24/7, helps clients manage their finances, informs them of new products and services, takes care that they do not miss an installment on a card, expiring deposit or other important details, related to their banking operations. The personal manager provides an option to organize meetings at the client's workplace at a time, convenient for them.

UBB Premium Clients will take advantage of the confidentiality and personal servicing at a dedicated Premium Center, located at UBB Millennium Center, 89B Vitosha Blvd., level -1, where their comfort and confidentiality are guaranteed. There is a Premium Package of banking services prepared for them, encompassing everything needed for daily banking and a high-class World Debit Mastercard-branded card, providing the following services: Mastercard Affluent Concierge – support, information and individual offers - 24/7 and anywhere in this country and abroad; Mastercard Loungekey - special access to over 1100 airport business lounges worldwide; Boingo Wi-Fi - high-speed Internet access at more than 1 million locations around the world.

Among the multiple additional advantages of the service there are also professional consultations by a certified investment consultant for investments in mutual funds and unit-linked insurance products, personal financing solutions, credit cards with higher limits and special conditions, tailored to clients’ individual needs and wishes, savings accounts and deposits with various terms and flexible additional options, a variety of insurance solutions by DZI - leader on the Bulgarian insurance market, brokerage services, exclusive invitations for intriguing events.

In order to become a member of the UBB Premium Banking club, a client has to meet certain criteria for available balances on their accounts with UBB, credit exposure and income. Premium clients will conclude a Premium Package Agreement, through which they can take advantage of a full range of daily services and all advantages of the World Debit Mastercard-branded card.
