Single Sign-on Technology in U-online

date

16 March 2018

Dear clients,

In order to make the use of U-online easier, we would like to inform you that as from 23.04.2018 we are launching the Single Sign-on (SSO) functionality. This means that with one user name and password you will be able to operate quickly and easily with all your profiles in the system. If you are using more than one client profile with the Bank then all your registrations will be consolidated under “one single user name ”. Having successfully logged into U-online you will be able to select from a list (a drop-down menu at the top of the page) the profile you would like to use.

Over the period 23.04.2018 - 10.05.2018 upon successful login into e-banking you will be asked whether you wish the user you have logged in with to become your Single Sign-on. Upon your confirmation with this user name, password and additional authentication means (U-code and/or a mobile phone ) you will be granted access to all your profiles. Upon your cancellation this user will not be used as your Single Sign-on and you will be able to select another one of your currently existing user profiles. After 10.05.2018 the first user profile, successfully used by you, will be automatically assigned as your „Single Sign-on“.
You can also set your Single Sign-on at your servicing office of the Bank.

Should you need additional information you can refer to our Contact Centre.
