What You Will Do:
• Support the Risk Management team by analyzing financial data and identifying potential risks across various departments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies, tools, and frameworks.
• Help prepare risk assessments, reports, and presentations for senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with teams across the bank to evaluate emerging risks and trends, contributing to proactive risk mitigation.
• Participate in compliance and regulatory reviews, ensuring adherence to industry standards and internal policies.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest market trends and risk management best practices to continuously improve UBB and KBC group risk strategies.

What We Are Looking For:
• A recent graduate or a person with experience in risk management, finance, or a related field.
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• A solid understanding of financial markets, risk concepts, and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills because you’ll be interacting with teams across the bank and in different countries in KBC group.
• A solid grasp of risk management software or data analysis tools is always welcome and would be considered as an advantage.
