As a Business Architect at Company Data management, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing the Bank’s strategic data initiatives. You will connect business needs with data and technology solutions, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, data architecture, and organizational priorities. This role requires a holistic thinker with strong coordination and analytical skills, who can turn strategy into execution and ensure tangible business value.
If you have:
· Degree in Finance, Economics or relevant
· 5+ years Bank experience or experience in a financial institution
· Strategic thinking
· Strong analytical skills
· Good knowledge of MS Office
· Good organizational and communication skills
· Team player mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
· Fluent English
Key Responsibilities:
· Implement and drive the data architecture vision in close collaboration with business, application, and technical architecture teams.
· Serve as the single point of contact for the Small Task Committee representing all Directorates under the CFO and CRO of UBB plc.
· Oversee and synchronize the execution of all projects under the Data Governance Directorate, ensuring strategic coherence and timely delivery.
· Monitor and manage the budget execution of the Directorate, including financial planning, expenditure tracking, and reporting.
· Coordinate payments to vendors and suppliers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
· Prepare and present Cost-Benefit Analyses (CBA) for strategic projects and epics to support informed decision-making and resource prioritization.
· Prioritize and present monthly the list of small tasks from all Directorates under the CFO and CRO to the Small Task Committee.
· Monitor project implementation under the Data Management Directorate to ensure efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.
· Support the Director of Data Governance in the execution of key initiatives, reporting, and coordination across teams.
· Participate in strategic projects for the Bank and the Group related to information systems, innovation, and data management transformation.
