We are looking for a motivated IT Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the delivery of innovative and efficient IT solutions in Card Area.

???? What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and shape impactful solutions
• Transform ideas into clear, structured requirements and functional specifications
• Drive process improvements and contribute to continuous optimization
• Work closely with IT teams to deliver high-quality, efficient solutions
• Create use cases, process flows, and documentation that bring clarity and value
• Take part in testing and implementation phases to ensure smooth delivery
• Support business users and be a key player in successful solution adoption 

???? What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Economics, or a related field
• At least 2 year of experience in business analysis
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Understanding of business processes and IT systems
• A proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Agile mindset with a proactive, team-oriented attitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communicational skills and ability to cooperate with teams
• Stress-resilience, flexibility and conflict management
• Good command of English

✅ Advantages:

• Knowledge of web services and application concepts
• Cards & Payments domain:
• Experience in card-related projects (issuing, acquiring, payments) within Banking/IT environments
• Understanding of card lifecycle, transaction flows, authorization, clearing & settlement
• Familiarity with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) and payment integrations
• Database knowledge, including SQL skills and experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases
