UBB has announced a new offer of a 4.90% fixed interest rate over the first three years for loans in BGN, targeted at residential property purchase, construction and finishing works, as well as refinancing of a mortgage loan, granted by another bank. The interest rate for the remaining loan period is a variable one and is formed based on a 6-month SOFIBOR + a fixed margin of 4.900 percent.
The new offers by the Bank have the following preferential terms on banking fees:
UBB clientshave the privilege of obtaining preliminary approval of the loan amount prior to selecting the property they would like to purchase. Upon refinancing an existing mortgage loan by another Bank clients are exempt from credit assessment fee and may be granted auxiliary funds.
The maximum amount of mortgage loans for residential property purchase is BGN 500 000, or EUR 250 000, with a repayment term up to 35 years.
APR: 6.02% for a mortgage loan with initial loan amount BGN 80 000, repayment period 30 years and 4.90% fixed interest rate for the first 3 years and variable interest rate, based on 6 month SOFIBOR + 4.900 fixed margin for the remaining loan period: monthly instalment on the loan BGN 424.58 for the period with fixed interest rate and BGN 478.88 for the remaining loan period; total amount due BGN 171 484.71. Customers should have “Life” and “Property” insurance. The insurance expense is not included in the APR. The value of the 6 month SOFIBOR, accepted by the Bank as of 01.03.2015 is 1.170%.
