Fire, lighting, thunder and also smoke which is an unnatural phenomenon and not a permanent phenomenon, explosion or combustion, storm, including rain, snow and hail contained therein, except for leakage of rain due to absorption in walls and/or ceiling, drop of aircraft, drop of devices from aircraft, supersonic shock wave caused by an aircraft, contact or collision of a vehicle with the contents, except when the vehicle is driven by the Insured or his family.

The premium under the policy will be collected on an annual or monthly basis, without appreciation, from a bank account specified by you or from a credit card.
