UBB has designed and implements its own Youths Sports Program. The Bank grants money for sports activities for children without parental care, youth football tournament, for a School Rowing regatta and many other activities.

Mrs. Roumiana Neykova, the only Bulgarian Olympic gold medalist from the 2008 Olympics and Athlete of the Bank is helping to communicate the bank's message for the sports as an alternative for drug usage and crime among children.

UBB also dvelops tennis programs for kids together with the Bulgarian Lawn tennis Club.
