Residential Purchase Mortgage Loan in BGN and EUR

NEW, LOWER INTEREST RATES IN BGN AND EUR VALID FROM 01.04.2013

The new interest rates and preferential terms on the UBB mortgage loans give you the opportunity to purchase a home OR to refinance an existing mortgage loan from another bank and to repay the loan with lower monthly instalments.

UBB offers you a mortgage loan with THE SAME interest rates in BGN and EUR:

6.20% variable interest rate regardless of loan currency with payroll or regular proceeds in a “Comfort” account
No application fee
No fee for prepayment with own funds after the 3^rd year of the loan tenor
Preferential drawdown fee upon having a “Comfort” account
Preliminary approval within 1 day
High maximum loan amount threshold of up to EUR 250 000 / BGN 500 000
Long repayment period of up to 35 years

Fees:

Property appraisal fee – BGN 110 (for an apartment)
Fee for a legal opinion /representation of the Bank upon instituting the mortgage/ - BGN 100, VAT excluded
One-off drawdown fee - 0.75% - 1.50% of the approved loan amount, depending on the payroll service conditions and the “Comfort” package
Annual administration fee, payable monthly on the outstanding loan amount – 0.50%

APR: 7.02% for a mortgage loan with initial loan amount BGN 80 000 / EUR 40 000, repayment period 30 years and variable interest rate of 6,20% with payroll or regular proceeds in a “Comfort” account: monthly instalment on the loan BGN 516.22 / EUR 258.11; total amount due BGN 186 650.06 / EUR 93 327.40. Customers should have “Life” and “Property” insurance. The insurance expense is not included in the APR.

UBB offers you the Home and Family Protection insurance program with complete Property and Life coverage.
