For a mortgage loan in BGN with initial loan amount BGN 80 000, repayment period 30 years, fixed interest rate for the 1^st year 6,50 % and 7,90% variable interest rate for the remaining period of the loan with “Comfort” account: 1) without insurance - APR: 8.63%, monthly installment for the 1^st year BGN 532.24, and monthly installment for the remaining period BGN 607.97; total amount due BGN 218 359.88 2) with insurance program Home and Family Protection – APR: 9,48%, monthly installment for the 1^st year BGN 578.50, and monthly installment for the remaining period BGN 650.31; total amount due BGN 233 650.77.
