General Terms on Payment Services for Individuals
Dear clients,
1) Please, inform yourself of the documents below, effective since 15 November 2011:
- The supplemented General Terms of UBB AD on Payment Services for Individuals
The amendments to the General Terms relate to personal data processing, deposit insurance, the procedure for lodging client complaints in view of achieving better operational efficiency etc. The amendments do not introduce unfavourable conditions for you, but aim at optimizing your relations with the bank in line with the utilization of payment services.
- The amended Terms and conditions for utilization of an approved credit limit on cards, integral part to the General terms on Payment Services for Individuals. These detail the consequences from non-performance on clients’ cash liabilities.
2) The instructions on the due care for safeguarding the PIN code to your bank cards are to remind you of the minimum of actions, which, in case undertaken by you, could safeguard your interest. Please adhere strictly to these instructions.
The relations between you and the bank are regulated by the above quoted General Terms, the particular account or a payment instrument agreement and the respective Interest Rates, Fees and Commissions Tariff.
Effective from 15.11.2011 the General terms will be available to all clients in the banking halls and at the web site of UBB AD www.ubb.bg.
