Registration and use of electronic banking is free. About e-bank transactions you pay less fees, from that in UBB branches, according to Bank Fees and Commission’ Tariff.
If you would like to get financial information and use bank services any time and any place by Internet, we offer you the easiest and most convenient way to become our customer.
Step 1: Read the General Terms of UBB on payment services.
Step 2:
If you are individual client: Visit UBB branch about signing the contract and activating the service.
- If you wish to select your own first time login password instead of generating one from the bank, fill in Electronic banking registration form* and visit chosen bank branch.
If you are business client:
- Fill in Electronic banking registration form*. Here you select your first time login password and receive a unique number of registration request.
Step 3: (only for business clients)
Check the Status of your registration* request: processed, rejected or not processed. You can check the status any time. Only you have access to your registration request through your password and number of registration request, assigned to you as described in Step 2.
Step 4: (only for business clients)
If status of your registration request is processed, you can visit the UBB branch selected by you. In the UBB branch you will sign an Electronic Banking Contract. Processing of registration request is made from three to five working for the bank days depending from the data in the form.
