U-LEASING – A CO-BRANDED LEASE PRODUCT OF UBB AND INTERLEASE
The U-Leasing product allows you to lease:
The U-Leasing product gives an easy access to the desired financing through:
- Applying in the branch network of UBB;
- Fast approval;
- Possibility of an approved limit within which you can lease the assets chosen by you;
- Flexibility in choosing the financed assets;
- Processing the documents and signing the agreement at your branch of UBB.

Leasing amount

From EUR 15 000 up to EUR 2 000 000

Minimum initial installment
|
15% - for new transportation vehicles;
20% - for all the other types of new assets;
Upon leasing used assets the amount of the initial installment is determined according to the year of manufacturing and the technical state of the leased asset.

From 1 to 5 years

|
Equal monthly installments on the principal;

Interest

From 8.90% to 11.60% depending on the currency of the financing and the type of the leased asset, formed as a floating 3-month Euribor interest plus a margin (for EUR financing) and a 3-month Sofibor plus a margin (for financing in BGN).

Other
|
Additional collateral – not required;
Customs clearance and financing of import customs duties (duties, VAT) upon purchase of assets from foreign suppliers;
VAT Financing upon purchase of assets from Bulgarian suppliers or such from other EU member states;
Registration of the transportation vehicles at the Traffic Control Authority;
Insurance of the leased assets at reputed insurance companies under preferential conditions.
