- Maturity: 3 years for issues in BGN / 5 years for issues in EUR
- Minimum notional amount: 50.00 BGN / 10.00 EUR
- Маximum amount: 10 000.00 BGN / 5 000.00 EUR
- Yield: 5.125% annualy for BGN 4.90% annually for EUR
- Buyback
- for issues in BGN, 3 months after their issue date, UBB shows daily prices for buyback of target issues
- for issues in EUR buyback is possible only on the coupon payment dates at par value
- for issues in BGN, 3 months after their issue date, UBB shows daily prices for buyback of target issues
